Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. You will be notified once your order is ready for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled the next working day.

Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or courier issues, but we strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

We currently deliver to most regions within our service coverage. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you upon order confirmation and offer alternative solutions if possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make full payment at the time of delivery. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation and may affect future delivery eligibility.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will make a second attempt. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept it without informing the delivery person. Contact us immediately with photos and details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
