Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact
- Free from any damage, stains, or signs of use
Items returned after the 7-day period or in unsuitable condition may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, you must contact us by email at the address we provide. Include your name, order details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, a cash refund will be arranged as described below.
Refund Method
All refunds are issued in cash only. Refunds are arranged within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved. We do not offer refunds through bank transfers, cards, or online payment methods.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable service for your own security.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
- Items missing original packaging or parts
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Late Returns
Items returned beyond the 7-day window without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
